Privacy notice
How OmniOutpaint handles personal data, including what happens to the footage you share and how we use cookies.
1. Controller
Burgstall Labs Oy (Business ID 3665552-7), Oulu, Finland. OmniOutpaint is a service of Burgstall Labs Oy.

2. What we collect
- Test-shot requests: name, work email, a link to your footage, target format, duration, intended use, deadline and anything else you write to us.
- Email: what you send us and our replies.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses, browser information and request times to deliver and protect the site. We also use cookieless, aggregated page-view statistics.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote or test shot: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep accounting records if you become a customer: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Footage you share with us
We open footage links only to evaluate and carry out your request. Your footage is not used to train models without a separate written agreement. When the request is closed without an order, we delete any copies we made. People who appear in footage are processed only as part of the requested work.
5. Who else processes the data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security and cookieless analytics.
- Formspree, Inc.: delivery of the test-shot request form.
- Purelymail and Google (Gmail): email.
- We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our providers may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Requests and related email: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. If the request leads to an order, we keep the correspondence for as long as the customer relationship lasts.
- Customer and invoicing records: as long as Finnish accounting law requires.
- Hosting logs: according to our hosting provider’s retention periods.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@omnioutpaint.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
This site does not use advertising, tracking or other non-essential cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter automated traffic. Our page-view statistics work without cookies. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
10. Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
